TERMS AND CONDITIONS

bOOKING AND PAYMENT 

■ All tours are conducted by our native English speaking Japanese Driver & Guide 

■ The base prices listed in our price table are general guidelines only with no special requests .

■ There are additional conditional fees charge listed below the price table

■ Kindly read our tours details carefully, terms and conditions and price table before enquire

■ Standard plans are no changes to the original plans as pre-assigned driving routes

■ Non-standard/customised plans are special design plans to the places that guests wish to see with fees
■ Email us with your detailed requests and details (Age, Total Pax, Hotel to pickup and your tour request)

Email must be given to us in order to reply back to you

■ Price exclude all meal & beverage costs, attractions admission or rides fees and guests expenses
■ Price includes 1 native Japanese driver/guide, car usage, 2 way transfer (hotel to hotel), toll & highway costs,

   fuel costs and 5% PAYPAL fees
■ For Yokohama/Saitama/NRT/HND airport pickup to start the tour, additional fees 5,000 yen per person

■ All bookings must have a valid contactable mobile number to text in Japan
■ All customers should use pocket WIFI/SIM card in Tokyo for texting us in LINE chat 
■ Itinerary detailed schedule PDF will send to your email address
■ We do not do attractions /cafe reservations or neither hotel reservations
■ We do not accept credit card payment or cash due to personal security data leakage breach

■ All tour bookings must reserve via full payment by PAYPAL
 

Guided tour conditions

■ This is private transport guided tour by a native English speaking Japanese driver

​■ The tour is conducted in English

■ Standard 8 hrs guide depend on each plan with flexible end time subject  to mutual agreement

■ If guide hours exceed the standard hours, overtime fees will apply subject to mutual agreement.

■ Overtime fees will not apply due to traffic or weather conditions.

■ Customize tour plans based on our recommendations

■ Special requests are subject to prior discussion before booking

■ Actual day request is subject to guide availability and within planned routes and time

​■ Do drop us your detailed hotel name and location for pick-up

​■ Please fill in the contact form with all details to reach us for enquiries with your email

​■ We will reply your contact enquiry request within 2 working days

​■ After we reply to your request, please keep in contact with us for clarification till booking

​​■ Reservation can make up to 1 day in advance subject to guide availability

​■ However, it is advisable to book 2 months in advance for peak season.

​■ Please install WHATS APP or LINE chat for subsequent communication after booking

​■ Total places to visit may subject to weather and traffic conditions

​■ Rescheduling of tour dates are subject to availability

■ HM Tour reserves all right to reschedule or change the terms and conditions with no prior notice due to     

   unforeseen circumstances

CANCELLATION POLICY

■ All our sales are non-cancellable and non-refundable

■ We will only provide partial refund or replacement tour under extreme weather conditions 

■ Any cancellation must be initiated by email or LINE or What App

■ Reasons have to be provided for cancellation of bookings

■ Cancellation due to global disaster and weather are considered on case-to-case basis

■ Other cancellation of hotels and attraction tickets purchased on behalf are non-refundable

■ Depending on real time situation, rescheduling or postponement of schedules may initiate to replace cancellation

■ Refund is calculated after deduction of admin fees

■ If you book the tour when the disaster already happens, strictly no refund

■ If in the event of tour participant/s death, partial refund will initiate after admin fees deduction with death

   certificate document proof in English and relevant authority stamp.
