■ General guideline : 1 pax : 1 pc 24 inches suitcase + 1 pc backpack on the lap

■ Our driver will meet you at a designated meeting point at each terminal
■ Free from hassle of queuing for public transport or other transport after a long flight
■ Save time and moving heavy luggages

GUIDELINES
■ (A) Type of vehicles used :
■ 2 to 5 Pax = Alphard or equivalent (6 seater)
Maximum Baggage : 4 nos. 25 inches baggage
Chartered Green Plate and/or Private Vehicle subject to availability
All cars will have car insurance coverage
No heavy equipment in car
(eg : bicycle or surf board etc)
Please indicate wheelchair or pram if any to inform us based on the total pax limit
■ 6 to 9 Pax = Hiace Grand Cabin or equivalent (7/9 seater)
Maximum Baggage : 8 nos. 25 inches baggage + 8 small lap-on backpack/small bags
Carry-on suitcases are not small bags and it will be part of the big suitcases
Total suitcases maximum quantity is 8 pcs only.

BOOKING & PAYMENT
price guideline PER TRANSFER PER DAY
■ For chartered tour service, per hour rate is 8800 yen and 75,000 yen for 8 hours and subject to tax and fees.
■ Excessive luggage cannot fit into the car have to be self arranged by guests.
■ Additional waiting hours are 5,000 yen per hour (from 4th hr start) if you require for coffee time , JR Pass, Suica Card or
exchange currency and it is required to pre-inform us so that we can cater for the additional waiting hours with/without
fees
■ For Airport arrival transfer, 3.5 service hours (Eg : plane arrive time 0900, we will pick you up at 1000)
■ For Departure transfer, must reach airport 2 hours before departure time.
■ Additional 5000 yen for midnight and early morning pickup per pax **
■ For Yokohama Port pickup, an additional fees of 5000 yen per pax as Yokohama is not within 23 wards Tokyo **
■ Please note that Japan cars are compact and different from other countries vehicles.
■ Type of vehicles are subject to availability (brand, model and size cannot choose) and additional fees may apply.
■ All passengers will sit in the middle and rear seats, no passenger sit beside driver seat for safety reasons.

BOOKING/PAYMENT Information
■ The above price list is a guideline
■ This is per one way transport pick-up
■ By Native Japanese - English Speaking Public Chartered/Private Driver subject to availability
■ Please indicate clearly either Arrival or Departure pick-up option on your request
■ If you require both ways pick-up, you have to purchase 2 options separately
■ Tour participants to self-purchase comprehensive travel insurance against COVID and injuries
■ Tour participants to declare personal medical conditions before the pickup starts
■ Tour participants to exercise self-initiative and responsibility on site safety together with driver
■ All bookings are based on first-come-first serve basis with full payment received
■ Price includes all fuel costs, taxes, toll and highway fees
■ All special needs or requests are subject to discussion beforehand
■ Full payment reservation needed for all advance tour dates booking for all seasons
■ All sales are final with no cancellation and refund for all bookings in all seasons
■ Cancellation will only allow due to natural disaster and extreme situation or weather condition (snow and earthquake)
■ HM Tour management reserves the right to cancel the pickup with no refund due to unreasonable demand from client
■ HM Tour management will cancel the pickup if the driver falls ill or accident and refund the balance amount.
■ HM Tour management will not be liable or responsible against all medical expenses incurred due to injuries, chronic illness or non-disclosure of medical conditions happen during the tour

■ Duration : Max 3.5 hrs (Hours start from 1st hour after flight arrival time)
■ Pick-up hours : Depend on your flight arrival time (air ticket time)

■ This is not a shared vehicle pick-up, only EXCLUSIVE to your group
■ Vehicle is commonly accessible to foldable lightweight wheelchair
■ Child high-back seats are required (0-4) upon request with additional cost 5,000 yen per pc

Designated meeting point pick-up are allocated and will inform you by email or LINE chat

We follow the international guideline to reach airport 2 hrs before the flight time
Early pick-up can request but inform beforehand and subject to driver availability
■ Please provide 1 contactable Tokyo mobile number to facilitate communication (No UF/UA Code mobile)
■ Please turn on the free wifi when you reach the airport after landing so that we can contact each other
■ After booking, we will require you to install LINE chat app to communicate with us in real time
■ The chat app will use to facilitate information transmission if traffic jam or unforeseen situation
■ Please provide email and Instructions will be given for the specific meeting point at each airport
